Bryanna, this is exactly why many people call our hotline! You should know that you are not alone, that suicidal thoughts are much more common in our society than most people would ever believe. When you need to talk, call us at 1-888-274-7472. That's the adult line and someone is there around the clock. It's confidential, anonymous, and since it's toll-free your husband could never know that you are calling and so could never use this fact against you. We talk openly about suicide and do not judge you as a person because these thoughts run through your head at different times.
